Packaging Instructions: Ensure your item is securely packed in its original packaging, preserving all barcodes and labels on the box.

Return Pickup: Hand over the securely packaged item to the courier representative at the scheduled pickup time.

Refund Details:

Refund Timeframe: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a full refund within 7 business days. This includes reimbursement for any applicable delivery charges.

Payment Method: Refunds will be processed by transferring the refundable amount to your bank account.
